Over the Phone Interview is easy. Depends on your job but for tech support they just wanted to talk about your past experience. For tech was mostly what OS have you supported and the type of software supported.

Entretien
It was a fast and easy process, with no assessment or test. Interviews are a 1-day process over the phone. It was like a casual chat that made me comfortable and relieved my nervousness. The person who did the initial interview even gave me some tips on what the next caller might be asking for me to pass the final interview. Those tips did contribute a lot for me to end up signing their offer letter and proceed with my employment.

The initial interview screening process was grueling. A lot of work before you talk to a human being, including voice recording answers to questions Actual face-to-face interviews were quick and painless once you got through the screening

What is an acceptable number of times to call in sick at work?
Multiple round of interviews. Slow HRs behaviour. High expectations of dedication and commitment. No sense of real talent. No bond which is a plus point however notice period is 2 months after completion of 6 months in company.
