they made some tests where they meassure your knowlege about technical skill and english level and 2 interviews to verify english level and some technical skills, pay atention that you'll need a whole day to be evaluated so you should be patient and is a good idea to bring some money or something to eat

There was an online assessment that took a little over an hour to complete. I received an email the next day requesting a phone interview. After about 10minutes on the phone with a slight review of the position I was made an offer of employment.
