First round : As it is a non-voice process, they looking for people with better written english skill.
they will you give u a white paper and ask you to write about 1 and half page about the given topic.
topics will be simple like your favorite person.
Second round : the same procedure.But in second round topic will be little harder. they asked me "what is the worst job in the world according to you". for some friend's batch they asked
"what you will do if you win a lottery for 1M dollors".
Hr round: in this round also there will be elimination. communication only will help u in this round. hr asked me to tell about my city.
once you got selected, they will be training for 30 days which will be more fun.
