Normally, an applicant goes through the Recruitment department as well as the HR department before they are forwarded to the hiring department. As for me, since my application was an employee referral I didn't go through either departments and went straight to the concerned department head for a one-on-one interview and a group/panel interview with the rest of the department's team. I was then forwarded to the recruitment for the requirements that I needed to submit. The whole process, including the medical exam took about 3-4 days.

totally 2 rounds Technical and managerial rounds has been conducted in the same day. The result has been anounced a week later. Very basics in Java and DB , little bit explanation about project. (they expect more in Spring )
