J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Susquehanna International Group en déc. 2013
Entretien
I applied for the position online and heard back within a few days. The first round interview was with an HR rep from the headquarters. I did not receive any analytical or brain teaser type questions like others from SIG have reported. It was a very basic 20 minute phone interview about my personality, why I am interested in equity research, my strengths/ weaknesses.

Question 1
There were not really any difficult questions. However, it was the first time that I have been asked what areas of research do I need improvement on (modeling, valuation, not writing, etc.)

Very long with more steps than any other shop. My biggest issue is the lack of feedback and varying response time. They also aren't very considerate with timing. For example, I received an email at 4PM one day asking me to write a stock pitch and submit it by 5PM the next day. Fortunately I was able to, but that could have been difficult if I was unable to take time off work or was traveling. Similarly, I was told I'd hear back soon but didn't hear back for 7 weeks despite emailing multiple times asking for a status update.

Applied directly through their website and heard back within 3 days. Next was a quant assessment online consisting of a little over 20 questions that had to be done in a certain time.

Some questions had to do with financial markets, some with statistics.

Just a warning to those interviewing - I went through the entire process, received a verbal offer, then had it reneged with no warning. The interview process consisted of a behavioral round with a recruiter, then a meeting with the analyst, then an in person interview to meet head of research and do more expected value calculations, then meeting the rest of your potential team.
