J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
Entretien
Consisted of 2 phone interviews and a half day onsite interview at the Bala Cynwyd headquarters.
The first 30 min phone interview was a typical HR interview, basically walked through some of the projects I've worked on and some technical challenges faced in these projects. Did not get any logic questions, or really any technical questions in this interview. Talked about why I'm leaving my current position, and why I chose SIG and how I heard about them
The second 30 min phone interview was with a technology manager. This is where we got quite in depth in my more recent / significant past projects. It did not feel like a traditional question and answer interview, it was more like a conversation which made me feel much more at ease. We talked a lot about the database design , and some of the technical hurdles in my past projects. I never got any logic or brain teaser questions in any interview. Towards the end I got to ask quite a few questions relating to how things are set up at SIG and how they handle support and what tools they use for various things. Following that the interviewer said directly on the phone that he'd like to bring me in for an onsite interview and shortly after that I received an email from HR confirming this. They arranged for travel and I was able to expense everything to them including hotel, food, and airfare
The onsite interview consisted of 3 components, a paper written technical exam lasting 30 minutes (timed strictly). It sounds like they vary the exam and are aware of glassdoor reviews. Second was another quick talk with the original HR rep from my first phone interview where she went over the benefits and perks of SIG, this was more listening than anything. This gave the next round of people time to dissect the exam. Third was 3 separate 30 min interviews with pairs of managers and leads for various technical teams. I had to explain systems I've worked on by using the whiteboard, explain database choices, integration patterns between systems, and why I chose one thing over another. They asked prodding questions on these systems and various scenarios of 'what if this' or that. I can't give much help on the questions since it was directly related to how I presented my past projects on the whiteboard. Only 1 of these 3 interviews was about going through the exam. They asked some Big-O questions and how locking might affect performance in a multi-threaded environment. I also had to code an algorithm on the whiteboard to determine whether two strings are anagrams of each other
Following those 3 interviews was 2 or 3 more interviews with higher level people in the firm and one trader, these were more laid back conversations just talking about SIG. You should know what's going on in the news and financial world so you can talk intelligently even if you're not a trader. One asked me how the federal reserve keeps interest rates low, and how bond prices relate to interest rates.

Question 1
30 min paper exam, if you know your basic concepts this shouldn't be a problem. I would not want to work with someone who cannot at least come close to completing this.

Was pretty easy, 1 round of phone screen interview + 2 - 4 hours of onsite final round. Onsite is scheduled to take place in person in the office.
Interviews were pleasant to talk good and experience was quite good.

The OA consists of four LeetCode questions, needed to be done within 70 min. Highly recommend revising how to do the int-string conversion in the language you will use. The problems themselves are not hard, but better to have a clear high-level view before you code.

Question 1
They mainly asked me to walk through my resume—focusing on one key project, my specific contributions, challenges I faced, and how I solved them, along with some light behavioral questions to gauge overall fit.
