There was a 27 questions probability test. This was followed by a HR interview with a recruiter, where I was asked both probability and motivational questions. The next round is a 2nd round technical with a trader.

Lots of easy rounds, easy final round unclear how they differentiate between candidates. People are very pleasant, amazing office (philly), but interview process is weird, they should ask harder questions.

Fairly enjoyable, a few math questions but mostly general market awareness and behavioural. 3 rounds, first is with HR, then with analyst and the final round is with the head of the team.
