Entretien
Very nice people. People were kind, helpful and clear about the process. They made sure I was comfortable and I felt welcome during it all. They asked standard questions about my background and what I was looking for in the position.
Brief call with the operations manager and a technical lead. They went over some of my experience and were heavily focused on transcripts, which they had me send over prior to the call. Afterwards they asked me to follow up by submitting some of my personal code projects as examples, and unfortunately both they and the recruiter failed to follow up after that despite multiple attempts to reach out to them.

Entretien
They basically submitted my resume to the contractor, and they seemed to like what they saw with my working experience. They asked me a few questions over the phone and literally hired me. I had to put in my two weeks notice to my current employer at the time and literally drive to the new job.
