Interview is 2 parts by phone/video to get a feel for the candidate to see if you’re personable, it is very short. Send an email thanking them for the opportunity to interview and address anything you you forgot to mention. Once you’re invited to their offices you do a second part of the interview where you’ll be offered a job to get hired.
