Sourcing Representative reached out to me via LinkedIn and my current employer email address (first red flag). Figured I’d schedule time to speak with the rep to discuss the company and position. At the end of the call I was informed they would reach out to me with an update. I never got an update. (Second red flag) Don’t waste your time responding to a company that does not have the courtesy of responding to candidates.
