I was contacted by a recruiter with whom I had a phone screen and later a 1:1 at a Starbucks. It followed with an interview with my manager and the HR lead as a panel at the company office. Finally, I was brought in the president and owner's house for a final interview with the COO, my manager and the president and owner of the company.
