Standard screen process: recruiter conversation -> phone tech screen with client -> onsite interview. Office environment is not ideal: industrial park location; must sign in/out; hundreds of empty desks, no vibrancy whatsoever. A C-level member of the company attended the interview and dominated the questioning. This was a bad idea because his coding experience precedes the invention of WWW, and his questions very much showed it. Developers must use PCs only, no option to use a Mac.
