Contacted by recruiter then submitted to SurePayroll. The process took about a week. I had a phone interview with a lead designer. Briefly heard about the company, answered some common interview questions and went over design process and my own works. Then I was invited for onsite interview with three other people along with a lead designer. It was a good experience to speak to three people in different positions and hear about them and how their roles contribute to the company. Overall, I think interview went okay except the last question.
