Called back within a week of applying. The process was quite simple, had a phone conversation with HR to determine my basic suitability before arranging an interview with senior management. The interview went well. They were very honest about what to expect and the workload I will need to handle. They were also upfront about how they might not be able to meet my expected salary.

I had interviews with three directors who were incredibly friendly. They posed relevant questions about my work experience and explored the reasons behind job changes throughout my work history. The HR team followed up promptly within a few weeks. The entire process was well-organized, in line with my expectations.
