Inquired at the store first. Applied online then received a call within a week during which they conducted a "phone interview." A week later they called back suggesting I apply for another position at the same store (online). The second phone interview led to an in-person interview. After my background check cleared, they scheduled on-boarding.
I submitted an application for a seasonal position got a response to set up an interview. When I submitted application I never heard back. Thought it may have been lost or busy from the holidays so I called but it never seemed to get anywhere.

Meet at the store during one of the down times. The interview was very casual and laid back. Went very smooth and fast. Less than a week later after the background check, I receive call that I got the job.
