First there was a phone screen. The second phase was Face to face with manager. Once that was approved, there was a Phone interview with the district manager. A background check was preformed and once that passed, there was 1 hour of on boarding. The whole process was about a week start to finish.

Approximately 30 minutes, I was able to ask questions I had, Holly answered them very well. She explained training process, company expectations, her expectations, and education of products that are sold in the store.

I was almost denied an interview for no reason other than personal bias on behalf of the manager. Luckily an anonymous complaint to HR about the same issue fixed this and I was granted an interview. Though from the second it started (with the manager being over an hour late) I felt that I was not going to get the job despite the fact that the interview itself was successful.

Since there was no room in the back, we had to find a reasonably quiet corner of the sales floor to talk. Interview questions are standard, and they want REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES when you answer. Saying "that's never happened" either means you have no real experience and may be a bad fit, or you are lying and are a bad fit.
