Lo describiría como largo y tedioso. Te piden un montón de cosas y al final ni siquiera te dan un feedback sobre la decisión final.
Me pareció una perdida de tiempo. Cada vez que les respondías algo te pedían mas cosas.

Te preguntan cómo te describirías, por qué aplicaste para el trabajo, que les cuentes de tu tiempo libre, qué aportarías a la empresa, etc. Te hacen hacer dos simulacros de lo que seria hablar con un cliente.
You get an impression that nobody actually read your resume. You have to explain what you did twice for screeners and the technical interview. You do take the test in between, but the test is irrelevant to the process, because they will let you know that you are under qualified after the technical interview that takes place after the test.
