      there are four steps. first english test is moderately easy, second MCQ questions at office is very easy. Tech round will test your tech inclination and basic linux knowledge. server task can be difficult. lat HR round will test your presentation skills. in all the four rounds only one round matters that is server task round and HR round. if you perfor well in this level you will be 100% selected. other rounds are just gimmicks only, dont worry.

      There are so many hidden aspects before entering this company. The first issue was that they selected numerous candidates after the first three levels of interviews. However, after joining the company and just 5-6 days later (when it had been publicly announced that I had been hired and was working there), the management informed us that some candidates would be eliminated as they hadn't yet finalized their decisions. If that was the case, they should have announced it beforehand. As someone entering the job world after completing their studies, this situation was extremely distressing, as everyone would ask about my job, and I would have to say that I had lost it. This was also the experience of my colleague in the same company. I hope your company will consider changing this attitude. This was one of the worst situation I faced in my life. And please note here I am not complaining you didnot selected me , I am complaining about your Interview process method.

      We can understand the situation you have experienced. But we are not sure about the hiring announcement you have mentioned. We share details of new hires on social media only after their employment confirmation and do not reject them afterward except in case of disciplinary procedures. This is our company policy. Also, we communicate the evaluation criteria during the recruitment process to each candidate. The technical skills and aptitude of trainees are evaluated during 45 days of training and a final decision is taken only after this. We are sorry that you were not clear about this process while joining and had a negative experience with us.
