Very weird phone screen. Asked me two basic questions about myself, but then spent time confirming things that was listed in the job posting. I felt that was a waste of time, and could have been better spend discussing the actual position in further detail, as well as giving a little background about the company. She was very friendly though, and did provide time to answer any of my questions. I got a rejection email by the end of the week, which I was expecting. I wasn't sure how to make a solid impression if she didn't ask me any questions about my experience or anything related to the job. However, a week later, I get a call from another HR person asking me if I was still interested, and I could either call back (no direct phone number was provided), or respond to the email she had sent (there was none, not even in my Spam). Very strange and a little disorganized.
