As the other reviewers will tell you this interview process was very lengthy therefore I would say it was a difficult interview process only because you end up - if you get that far - which I did interviewing with eight different people at 8 different times, two of which were on Skype. So this could take up a good deal of your time especially if you're driving back and forth for these interviews. The money is okay for a customer service representative it may sound appealing but by the time they're finished with the process any normal person like myself has already applied at other companies and already accepted another offer. I think anyone going to interview here should be aware that there will be several interviews with several different people depending how far you make it and those interviews will be very repetitive. You are asked the same questions over and over again a lot of which have nothing to do with the job but have to do with your personal life - your hobbies - your feelings on what you would say to your younger self and who you are as a person. They say they're doing this because they're looking for the best match for their company and someone who fits in with everyone else. The downside to all of this is you end up wasting a lot of your time so if they don't pick you you've probably put in a good amount of time into these interviews and it leaves you feeling quite annoyed. Or by the time they get around to picking you you've already decided on another job most likely. They waste your time which as nice as they are it's actually pretty rude for just a customer service job.
