After applying online, I received a phone call within 2 weeks, to set up an appointment for an initial Skype interview. The woman was completely monotone, with no personality. She read the questions from a clipboard and took notes, like she was checking boxes.

It was a virtual interview which followed a phone screening. The interviewer was very courteous , maintained professionalism and at the same time made me feel comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
