I got a telephonic interview after I applied for the post online a week before. It was a 20 min interview in which they first explained me about the company and the work what they do and then asked me whether I am comfortable with the same or not. It was followed by few basic questions related to structural engineering. Then, they sent me an AutoCAD test in which I had to submit two connection detail drawings and time it took for me to complete it.
