Lengthy interview process and selection criteria, it takes around a month for hiring process , 3 technical interview 1 final interview 2 hr interview, mostly rotational shifts , overall great experience, very good supportive team members and management

If you have potential or you had a great impression on an interviewer in first sight than process would hardly take a week.
Usually intial interview taken by team leads or Supervisor and the second is taken possibily by manager and sm.
There is no HR interview in entry level jobs here
