Overall a fantastic candidate experience. First, I was reached out to by a recruiter and scheduled a call to discuss mutual fit. I then had a technical screen (conceptual + coding questions). After passing that, I had 5 virtual on-site rounds (mix of technical, hiring manager, behavioral). The process is quite similar to FAANG's with some differences in the style and content of some interviews (e.g. one round placed more emphasis on practical day-to-day coding). My interviewers were very collaborative and easy to communicate with, and I genuinely enjoyed working through technical problems with them. I was treated with a lot of respect, and everyone established a warm interview environment -- they helped showcase a very positive culture at Grammarly for me. The recruiter I worked with from end to end (Callum Cobb) was also fantastic and one of the best I've worked with. He was highly communicative, responsive, and high energy at every step. I felt very supported throughout the whole pipeline and came out with a very positive impression of the overall company.
