J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Superhuman en juin 2024
Entretien
Overall a fantastic candidate experience. First, I was reached out to by a recruiter and scheduled a call to discuss mutual fit. I then had a technical screen (conceptual + coding questions). After passing that, I had 5 virtual on-site rounds (mix of technical, hiring manager, behavioral). The process is quite similar to FAANG's with some differences in the style and content of some interviews (e.g. one round placed more emphasis on practical day-to-day coding).
My interviewers were very collaborative and easy to communicate with, and I genuinely enjoyed working through technical problems with them. I was treated with a lot of respect, and everyone established a warm interview environment -- they helped showcase a very positive culture at Grammarly for me.
The recruiter I worked with from end to end (Callum Cobb) was also fantastic and one of the best I've worked with. He was highly communicative, responsive, and high energy at every step. I felt very supported throughout the whole pipeline and came out with a very positive impression of the overall company.

Question 1
Interview questions followed a pretty standard MLE process (mix of coding including ML practical coding, ML system design, behavioral). My recruiter provided a lot of helpful information about what to expect for each round.
The interview process consisted of a recruiter call, tech interview, culture fit interview and final call. They were very clear with communication. The recruiting team is great and made it a very smooth experience.

* Easy coding and MLE question round
It seemingly went well, but Gramarly is not serious about hiring and discontinued with zero feedback. The questions are standard ML theory and leetcode.

I was contacted my a recruiter from a career fair at an academic conference. I had 2 phone screens, followed by an 4-5 onsite virtual rounds covering ML coding, technical depth, behavioral and research presentation. Overall, I had an excellent candidate experience interviewing with Grammarly. The interviewers were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and the rounds seemed very relevant to the kind of profile I was interviewing for. A highlight of my experience was working with my recruiter, Callum Cobb, who was the most helpful, responsive and considerate recruiter I have ever worked with. Callum went above and beyond and scheduled multiple extra conversations with Grammarly employees to help me learn about the culture and team and make my decision. Callum was always enthusiastic and truly seemed to have my best interest at heart as well, kudos to Callum and the recruiting team for a wonderful interviewing experience!
