A lady called me and scheduled me. I had an interview, then I had to plan another one where I brought friend in and had to do a haircut. After that, they said they would call me in 24-48 hours, but I didn't hear back. I called the lady back a week later and she said they had decided to go with a different person but they would call me if they had anything come open

They asked where else I worked, why I wanna work at Supercuts, what I like most about being a hairdresser, why I left my last few shops, and then asked me a lot of customer service questions and stuff

it was quite straightforward, the manager was very understanding and were open to a flexible schedule which i appreciated. They asked how long i have been doing this and asked if i could bring a portfolio. i had to do a test cut as well.

The Manager does phone interview to see if yours the right fit first, scheduled at your time preference. Then, you're asked to schedule an In person interview at location. After all information has been verified you rcieive a phone call for an offer after 2 days.
