1 - preliminary call with a recruiter 2 - discussion about the company and myself (online) 3 - homework: a relatively simple coding task, which should be done in 3 hours and sent via GitlLab. No skeleton code is provided, only requirements and a few examples. The task wasn't very difficult in terms of logic, but the little things can take time to implement. It was made clear that perfection isn't expected. I focused on delivering as many requirements as possible, but it turned out that maybe fewer of them with more of the "little things" (e.g. validation, tests, etc.) would have been better. Unfortunately that wasn't in the task description. Otherwise my experience was absolutely positive, they seem like a nice company to work at (even if it's no secret that the workload can be high).
