Applied online, got call next day for interview. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and I really thought I had the position but received a letter in the mail telling me I was unsuccessful. I had loads of experience and good references so I do not know why but she did keep referring to other training I had and told me it would be a shame if that training went to waste. I was very comfortable in the interview but felt misled
