I put in a application online. When I arrived the manager casually walking around told another employee to go assist me even though their arms where full in the most literal sense. They breathlessly walked over sat down the two metro phone books works of paperwork they had and asked how they could help. I told them I'm here for my interview, I don't mind waiting as I know I'm ten minutes early. They said oh great, here he wants you to fill out this application and handed me a paper application with my name on a sticky note. I looked at it and it was exactly what I had already filled out online for them to have called me for the interview. I looked at her in disbelieve and said i need to apply all over again? I was called for a interview. They already have all my information. She just looked at me with a semi defeated look and told me this manager makes everyone do this.
