I applied online. After 2 weeks, I got an email directly from a team member to schedule a phone screen. It was supposed to be 30-45 mins long, but we actually talked about 1.5 hrs, just went through my resume and asked me some relatively simple technical questions.

The interview process was roughly 3 hours long. There are 5-7 different interviewers back-to-back within one session. Some interviewers asked questions that were based on your personality and experience while others asked more technical questions regarding hardware and servers.

the interview is one by one. each interview take about 30 minute to review the candidates. some of them will ask techincal questions, some will ask some general question which test your personality or others.
