There are two round of the interview. In the first round, I talk with mamager and two colleagues. They asked me some questions, including, how I know about the position, my character and also my weakness. And they also explain the daily schedule and the team of the department. During the second round, the manager of the department talked with me. He asked several question about my major, my career plan. Overall, all the interviewees are friendly and professional.

First I got a call from Director of Sales, then scheduled two interview within the team. First "screening with Director" was done in what type of person you are, like a recruiter screening, then the two after with the people you're going to work with. Then if I proceeded, it would've been with VP and then hopefully offer.

Very weird interview process. Hiring Manager interview, and peer interview. But no response from anyone on the status, They ghosted the interview process. Been told that I will be interviewing by others
