Interviewed 1-1 across pizzahut table 45 minute process of general conversation and specifics about experiences in each job. Confident interviewer, felt more like a first date at times.

I was interviewed by both my supervisor (a nearby hotel manager who works for the same owner) and the area supervisor. The interview was very simple, lasted only 15 minutes, and I was offered the job 15 minutes after the interview. The interview was scheduled about two days after I sent my resume.
