I had 2 video interviews scheduled that the I got stood up for after waiting a half hour each time. The first time I was made aware that it needed to be rescheduled. The 2nd time no one contacted me. After the 3rd successful time I received an offer the next day. The offer was no where in the range I discussed on my phone screen interview. The person said he would get back to me but I never heard from him again. I feel that if I wasn't in the range for the position I should never had made it past the phone screen. I found the person I was dealing with to be very disorganized and unprofessional. I
