The phone based interview was simple behavioural based question. It was smooth, but one problem was they ask question "Tell a time when you were (_____)" and some times they fill very specific thing in the bracket. Its hard to think of all those times in an interview.
Plus if the job is a graduate role, how come they expect that much of experience from a graduate? The questions should be more like "If you are in a scenario where (____), what will you do?"
