Within 2 days of my application I was contacted by someone representing Sunstates. The process was very quick as if they needed to fill a position right away to met their contract agreement. I met with the captain at their stationery post. She was very friendly and courteous. We proceeded to find a empty conference room to conduct the interview. This was anot attentive but really a low pressure proceeding if you are used to up selling yourself. Confidence gets your far.

Entretien
The interview went very well overall. I actually applied for a part time position but was offered a full time position because the person that interviewed me said he saw potential in me. The person interviewing me just kept telling me to relax and be comfortable because he knew this was my first time applying for a security position. He asked me several questions to make sure I was prepared to take on a security role. He asked me things such as, How do I handle criticism from higher ups? Coworkers? Random people? How would I handle a situation where someone was mad at me? How would I handle a situation where two people were mad at each other? Just things to make sure I can keep a leveled head in an escalated situation and handle things professionally, as well as general questions such as coming to work on time, availability, etc.

Entretien
The interview process was easy. Sunstates wanted to know about my experience and I told them what I have to offer the company.The Operations Manager also wanted to know the area I live in so she could match me up with sites in my area. I was also asked the distance I was willing to travel to work. I was hired the same day I interviewed.
