I applied to the sales representative position and received an email to set up a formal interview about a week after applying. No phone screen conducted - that's fine. I had a nice conversation with the recruiter, however, the position is NOT at all as described. It was an "ambassador" position, technically me standing in Home Depot berating customers to sign up for a solar panel consultation. The job description did not have anything similar to what I was told on the phone. I really did admire the company and the recruiter I spoke with, but the position was not what I expected.
