There was a group interview held with about 4 Coordinators where they all got to ask questions of the candidates.. After a series of questions the floor is opened for candidates to ask question . The purpose of the interview is to leave an impression upon the coordinators. After the interview the facilitator who is usually the Business Coordinator informs the candidates not to call the facility if you are selected a hiring manager will call for the next phase. The next phase consist of coming in and shadowing an employee afterwards there is an interview with the Coordinator of the department you are interviewing for. If you impress the manager you are sent for drug screening, tb skin testing and criminal background check. Honestly this can take a month if not longe .
