The interviewers were very nice and shared the core values of the company. The job description was brief. They answered questions. However, I would have asked more questions but felt limited by being in a group. I felt that a group interview was unprofessional. More interviews, I believe, will take place if the candidate passes the first interview. As customary, salary was not discussed but it was inferred that the satisfaction of helping seniors would be part the compensation....leading a candidate to believe that the salary would be low.
