Great interview. Thoughtful explanation of the position and the requirements. Very clear on the expectations. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the demeanor of the executive director. Felt there was a joint effort by all and seemed to have a family vibe.

The interview process was very easy and flexible. The recruiter was amazing and worked with my schedule and my needs. We discussed job responsibilities and compensation. I wish all job interviewing processes were like this.
