We had one phone interview, one face-to-face interview with Sales Manager, and one group interview with Sales Manager and District Manager. It was a low key approach, with questions aimed at my experience with outside sales history. Very friendly, non-combative. No "mind bender" questions such as "if you were a giraffe, what color would you be?"
