I reached out through craigslist for an ad and sent in my resume. I knew someone who worked for them and the gave me the owner number and I called left a message and he called back and reviewed my resume and called me in for an interview at the location I was applying to. about a week later I called for the status of my interview and they called me the middle of the next week where I went to their office and signed the handbook and an application and I was hire.

Question 1
It was very brief, they wanted to know my experience in the same atmosphere and how I dealt with shrinks and audit preps. They ask about your organization skills and what programs do you know on the pc reference to DSR (daily sales reporting). Someone was being irate at the time of my interview due to them being caught stealing and he asked how I would handle the situation due to the csr going back and forth with the customer.
