the hiring and interview process was typical for convenience stores with submitting an application waiting for a call back. after the call back i was asked to come in for a face to face with the manager. the face to face was typical question and answer session with the general idea being why i wanted to work retail, and if i planned on making sunoco a career or if it was a stepping stone.
