Interviews conducted by a Regional Manager, regional trainer, and a peer manager. Introduced to the interviewing panel, and then the interview process started. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the interview was done in a way that it felt like it was just a regular conversation.

Pretty casual and went with the flow not super structured so it felt more natural and not forced. They pretty much let me lead the conversation and didn't mind me circling back to other questions they asked previously.
