I was in store for an adjustment to my sunglasses and hit it off really well with the current manager. She just casually asked if I was looking for a part-time or secondary job and might be interested in applying at Sunglass Hut. I came back the following day for an official interview and was offered the job and started the following week.

you go into the store and it is a very easy process. They ask you questions and then you continue to do a role-play exercise and see how you would sell sunglasses to the customer.

Entretien
Asked many questions regarding personal preferences and interests. Most of the questions were based on how you as an employee would contribute to the company/group. Other personal questions were asked in regards to the company itself and some product knowledge questions as well.

Manager called for interview scheduled interviews. After I pass the first interview, there was a 2nd interview with another store manager scheduled within a week. Provided full sunglass hut experience. Favorite brands.
