large group interview maybe about 50 people. Was told the interview will be about 2hrs. Lots of "small group" games such as communicating with the person next to you and they will introduce you to everyone (name, where you came from today and an interesting/unique fact about you) vice versa, role playing - creating an ad that shows off a brand you have chosen. Fun but didn't really see the point of it. That went on for a while, they showed videos/presentations on the company and what they are etc. After it was one on one interviews, extremely quick and easy.

Quick and Easy 15 minute in person interview with store manager, usually very basic questions, mine went really fast and basically can get the job if you show you are competent, willing to work and can communicate
Massive group interview of about 80 or so people - incredibly drawn out process that lasted 3 hours. They threw around the whole "we're like a family" line around several times. After this, it was a quick 2 minute chat about availability and such.
Put it this way; I wasn't disappointed when I got the rejection email.

Craziest interview I have ever attended. It was well-organise and the atmosphere was quite energetic. We all (the candidates scheduled for that time) entered a large conference with loud music pumping. It was quite a shock. Managers wearing sunglasses were all jamming. They made us all sit down on different group tables. The first activity was a simple icebreaker where we talked to the person next to us and then we were told to introduce the person we had talked to. Next, we had to make a small skit advertising their glasses with our table group. There were intermissions were there were talks about their aims/job role and video screenings of advertisements and their charity initiative. At the end was what you'd call the actual interview. Managers talked with candidates (I think approaching the most promising candidates first).
