A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. She missed our first interview so I reached out and we rescheduled. Then I had a second interview with a hiring manager. This was a pretty bad experience. Within two minutes she mumbled she didn't think I was right for the role. I had to stop her and ask her to explain as she just continued on with the interview like she never said it. Basically she told me she thought with my experience I would be bored with the job. I am not even sure why she wasted my time continuing the interview when she had decided within a quick moment she was never going to hire me. We were scheduled until 415 to talk but at 4pm she pretended she had another meeting she must urgently get to. I left the meeting feeling pretty bad. It was a very demeaning experience.
