Very easy phone interview then onsite interview and live call observation, onsite interview was an hour including live call observation, questions were mainly personality based and how you would deal with a vulnerable customer in a stressful situation
Was contacted for a phone interview shortly after applying. Discussed professional background and was asked about ability to deal with varying situations. Interview process was quick and very efficient.
