They call you about 1 week after you submit your application to set up a phone interview for 1-2 weeks later. The phone interview is about 45 minutes long, goes pretty in-depth into the position and responsibilities as well as answering some standard questions about your career goals and what you know about oil sands etc. Then they fly you to Fort McMurray (all expenses paid) for a panel interview, shorter, but more focused on behavioural questions and face-to-face interaction.
