During my time during the interview. I experienced some interesting occurrences..
I was not given ample time to ask my prepared questions as the manager seemed very intent on talking at great length about his professional conquests and not selling me on the company, nor the position.
•In order to ask one of my prepared questions, I had to politely stop the interviewer on a few occasions.
•When asked about specific territories or the territory I would cover, the person was very vague. As a salesperson, this was very important to me and the topic was not properly addressed.
•When asked about the compensation, he spoke only of the commission structure, not what OTE earnings could be, nor the base.
•When the meeting almost done, I was abruptly told me we had only 3 minutes to finish. As I wrapped up, I was left to think the manager was not interested in my thoughts or comments as he exited to a staff meeting.
•Lastly, I was not escorted out of the office. I saw this as of a lack of professional courtesy.

Entretien
Straight forward typical sales interview. Had a prelim phone screen with HR. Then a one on one interview with several managers as well as existing senior inside sales reps. Then another phone interview with the Sales Manager and a final one on one with him for the role.
