Overall process took a little over a month. They communicate you very well with what to expect during the process and what the next step will be. They will do a couple of remote interviews as well. They eventually fly you out to visit the HQ and meet everyone. The in person interview was not intimidating. There were a couple basic questions like strengths and weaknesses. They will ask about giving examples about facing adversity. They do a good job of asking you if you have questions during the interview process. Overall +++
