I applied to Suntrust in August 2011 and I had to take a skills test, a IQ test and a Personality test come to find out if i didn't pass 1 of the tests I would not even be considered for a phone interview. A month later a lady called me for a phone interview, really rude and talked so fast you couldnt understand a word she was saying. During the phone interview she seemed rushed and said that i met the qualifications for her and she was sending me an interview with the branch manager. I had an interview the next day with the branch manager at 830am. So 830 comes and im here at the door, the manager makes me wait outside for 30 minutes until the branch itself opens and then she says you shouldnt have been here before branch hours are open regardless of your scheduled interview time. The whole time i was talking with the branch manager not once did she look up, it seems to me that they had already found a hire but just was letting me finish, wasting my time.

Interviewed with manager and the teller coordinator after receiving an assessment email and then a call from the TC. Interview process was fairly quick after that, was offered the job five days after the interview.
